I went to the May’n concert in SF today and it was really good~ The small venue was great, considering I got there late and was still THIS CLOSE

I recorded a couple audio clips of her but they came out really badly. She talked about how she rode the cable cars and went to visit the place in SF where Sheryl and Alto had a date and about how the food size here is double in Japan so she said she was full all the time in america ww

She told everyone in the audience that she knew they were tired but to keep going on, so she said “Let yourself be think nothing!” AND SHE KEPT SAYING IT BUT HER ENGLISH WAS SO CUTE AND SHE REALLY TRIED. 

I really regret not bringing my glow stick stuff though because I was afraid it wouldn’t be allowed. Doing otagei without glow sticks is kinda weird, but still super fun. She taught us how to do some stuff for Smile:D which was pretty cool too.

Her “last song” was Diamond Crevasse and IT LOOKED LIKE SHE WAS GOING TO CRY THE WHOLE TIME AND IT MADE ME REALLY SAD ;_; She talked about how this song taught her that she could connect with the world, or something among those lines. A lot of the audience sang along too and it was just a really emotional song. Every single japanese concert i’ve been too though, ALWAYS has an encore so she ended up singing Chase the world. 

Other notable songs were Lion from Macross frontier (She sang part of what bout my star while she was talking jokingly as well.), Scarlet Ballet from Hidan no Aria, and Ready go! from Ookami-san.

Personal: I was late though so I have no idea what the opening song was ;_; I ran down Eddy from Market street to get to fillmore, which is like a mile and a half. I jogged there in ~15 minutes. Some old black lady yelled at me saying “YOU GONNA SLIP AND BUST YO ASS” and I turned back while running and yelled out thanks. Ignored all the people who tried to talk to me and called me lovely though. Walked back afterwards, which wasn’t as bad.
